03. CBS Framing

Structural Masonry

Home’s frame (walls, roof, floors) is built
Windows and exterior doors installed
Roofing materials applied
“Dry-in” stage: home is weatherproofed

04. Rough-Ins

Mechanical & Utility

Electrical wiring, plumbing lines, and HVAC ductwork installed
High-efficiency insulation placed throughout the home

05. Finishes

Interior & Exterior Detail

Drywall hung, finished, and painted
